This contract role focuses on providing essential supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across local schools. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated expertise supervising COTAs within school environments
- Prior, successful experience delivering occupational therapy services in educational settings
- Commitment to fostering effective, compliant therapy delivery in line with district guidelines
Core Responsibilities:
- Offer ongoing, on-site clinical supervision to up to two assigned COTAs within public school campuses
- Dedicate approximately 7 hours per month of supervision per COTA (up to 20 hours/month total)
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of all required paperwork and supervision documentation
- Collaborate with school personnel to maintain high standards of therapeutic support and compliance
- Support the growth and success of COTAs through regular feedback and professional guidance
- Travel is required between your location and Claremont, NH (mileage reimbursement at IRS rate)
