Cash Flow Finance Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Cash Flow Finance Attorney to join its Corporate Department in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cash flow-based lending and will represent lender-side clients in sophisticated debt finance transactions across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on senior secured and mezzanine financings, with a focus on acquisition and sports financings. Duties Represent financial institutions and private credit lenders in complex cash flow financing transactions. Engage in acquisition financings, senior secured and mezzanine debt structures, and sports financings. Manage all aspects of transactional workstreams, including structuring, negotiating, and overseeing closings. Collaborate with partners and clients in a high-performing practice. Requirements Experience in transactional debt finance matters, particularly cash flow and acquisition financings. Experience in sports finance is a plus but not required. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Large firm or elite boutique experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the United States. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
