$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • 5x8 day shifts, 40 hours per week
• 9-11 patients per day
• Outpatient setting
• Vestibular therapy and manual therapy required
• Contract likely to extend for right candidate
• 30-minute scheduling blocks with 1-1.25 hour sessions
