Experienced and Motivated Service Advisor West Palm Beach Hyundai, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced, customer‑focused team. Responsibilities Deliver attentive and personalized customer service. Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs. Partner with technicians to make accurate recommendations. Present maintenance programs that suit customer needs. Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships. Represent the Hyundai brand with professionalism and pride. Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment. Qualifications 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (required). Strong active listening and problem‑solving skills. Ability to explain technical information in a customer‑friendly way. Computer proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail‑oriented and organized. A polished, professional, and team‑player mindset. Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
