Job Description: SalesRep,DevirGames The SalesRep(SR) forDevirGamesis responsible forsales in the United States, Canada,otherEnglish-speakingcountrieson a case-by-casebasis. The primary focus of the SRis theDevirGames product line inEnglishbutmayalso include sales ofDevir'slicensed games in Spanish when permitted and appropriate. The client base includes but is not limitedto: specialty retailers (hobby, game, toy, educational game, book, and other channels), hobby game distributors, chain retail category managers, online fulfillment managers, chain retailers, and other venues when opportunities arise. The SRwillbe responsibleformeetingagreed upon sales goals and profit margins, maximizing revenues and profits, and will be given an incentive plan as a reward for hitting goals. Routine activities include but are not limited to: Daily and weekly interactions with client base via phone, email, and messaging platforms Prospecting new business in aforementioned channels as well as non-traditional channels and venues Support existing retail partners to increase orders year-over-year Placing products in retail environments with an emphasis on what products will be most successful for Devir and the customer. Preparations of intermittent mass email communications to client base with respect to product launches, reprint arrivals, and other relevant information Attendance of virtual and physical fairs and conventions when appropriate (travel may be required) Planning and execution of Devir's presence in said fairs, in coordination with other team members Writing client orders as well as reviewing and approving of orders submitted by retailers.
