Call Center Banking Specialist- Mid Shift

Overview $19.00/hr | Banking Call Center Representative | Shifts: 12pm-9pm Qualfon is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Banking Specialists) to support a financial services client. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience who are ready to grow their skills in banking, credit cards, and fraud support. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound questions across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
