About The Role Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Now we're looking for experienced data security professionals to help AI systems reason intelligently about sensitive information, data exposure, and protection controls. This is your opportunity to take your real-world expertise in data loss prevention and turn it into something that shapes the future of AI — on your own schedule, from anywhere. What You'll Do Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios spanning cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure paths, and policy violations based on real-world context Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for accuracy and completeness Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to train and benchmark AI systems Apply your practical knowledge to help AI reason about how sensitive information is exposed and protected Who You Are 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, information risk, or security operations Hands-on familiarity with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) Practical understanding of how data risk plays out across modern IT environments Strong analytical and written communication skills Able to work independently and deliver structured, high-quality outputs Nice to Have Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS security tooling Background in security operations, insider threat programs, or data governance Familiarity with AI training or evaluation workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems at the cutting edge of AI safety and capability Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, on your terms Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and collaboration with a global network of experts Your domain expertise creates lasting impact on how AI understands cybersecurity Potential for ongoing work and contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
