Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Must-Have: 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery First-timers accepted Every other weekend coverage required Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Candidates should possess BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications. Floating within the facility is necessary to meet operational needs. Local candidates are accepted. Exempt from accommodating a block schedule. Charting is done using multiple systems. The facility is a teaching hospital with a total of 228 staffed beds. Willingness to comply with health system protocols is expected. This unit serves patients of different age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and adults.
