Registered Nurse - Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room

You need an active RN license, direct patient care experience, patient assessment skills, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and experience in mid-level surgery. Skills in care plan development, decision making, and continuous quality improvement are required. Experience with patient charting and an associate's degree are also necessary, along with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility.
