Capture Program Quality Engineer Sr Staff- Level 5

Description The Capture Program Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible for performing the Quality role supporting new programs. This position will be the primary point of contact between all quality functions that serve to support these programs during the capture phase of the contract life cycle. This position will be responsible for supporting program meetings, technical requirement discussions, development of the Program Quality Management Plan (PQMP), risk identification and mitigation, coordination with all internal functional teams and customer negotiations. The position is intended to be an innovator to accomplish the successful integration and deployment of the quality systems and functions throughout Aeronautics’ capture value stream. Ability to Work Remotely Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
