Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Thrive Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• No disciplinary actions on record with the licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in outpatient therapy, the use of telehealth platforms, and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities are highly valued.
