Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Services Title: Senior Financial Analyst Location: Greater Indianapolis Area Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively building a network of Finance professionals for upcoming opportunities with banking, financial services, insurance, credit union, and corporate finance organizations throughout Central Indiana. Responsibilities:

- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial modeling
- Variance analysis
- Executive reporting and KPI development
- Strategic business partner support
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Banking, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or corporate finance experience preferred
