Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Lebanon, IN

Pay Range: $32

Shift: 2-2-3 (12 hour schedule)

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance activities to fix, improve, and repair equipment to ensure they operate within their specifications.
• Execute maintenance tasks, notify supervisors of new issues, and confirm work completion.
• Use electrical and mechanical skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimal impact on production.
• Carry out regular maintenance, process improvements, and project activities to maximize equipment uptime and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed using the MVP computerized maintenance management system.

What's Needed?

• Technical school training, military technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Service orientation and a sense of urgency.
• Strong will to deliver results and effective decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work systematically and organized.
• Fluency in English.
