Director, Integrated Business Testing

Director responsible for establishing and overseeing enterprise testing strategy for large-scale business transformation initiatives. Role ensures solutions meet requirements, validate operational readiness, and minimize deployment risk through comprehensive testing governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise testing strategy aligned to business readiness and risk tolerance across initiatives
Establish testing standards, approaches, and governance for functional, integration, and business-scenario testing
Partner with Program Leads and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria
Monitor test execution progress, defect trends, and quality indicators; escalate risks appropriately
Support go-live decisions through data-driven readiness assessments and manage cutover planning

Requirements

10–12 years leading testing, quality assurance, or readiness for large-scale transformations
Experience validating complex, cross-functional enterprise-wide transformation solutions
Strong ability to work with business stakeholders defining and validating testing scenarios
Proven track record managing quality, risk, and readiness in high-visibility programs
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
Enterprise testing strategy and quality management principles expertise
Ability to influence program and business leaders on readiness decisions
