The Sales Manager In House with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions and sales closing process.

- Pay rate is $16 per hour, plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Sales Manager In House have targeted annual earnings of $230,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance. \n

As a Sales Manager In House, you will be responsible for:
\n- \n
- Support the management team in meeting and exceeding sales goals \n
- Partner with Sales Executives to present timeshare product to Owners \n
- Provide mentoring to Sales Executives as directed by Sales Management \n
- Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to qualified guests \n
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels \n
- Develop and deliver production-oriented training programs for new and existing sales team members \n
- Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management \n

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\n- \n
- A minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales. \n
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members. \n
- Proven track record of success in timeshare sales \n
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. \n
- Able to acquire a State of Hawaii Real Estate License \n
- High school diploma or equivalent. \n
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience. \n
- Valid State of Hawaii Real Estate License. \n
\n
