Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.Summary of the Job:The Lead Specialist, Investment Operations supports the investment team by providing accurate trade input, platform administration and end-of-day processing across trading and portfolio management platforms. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity through providing support and backup coverage and ensuring stakeholders are provided with timely, reliable reporting across Wealth Management investment platforms.About This Role:Operational and Trade Support for Investment FunctionsPartner with the fixed income team to accurately input and upload trades across platformsExecute end of day processes for trading and reporting platformsMaintain data integrity across all trade activitiesAssist with trade settlement issuesPlatform Administration and MaintenanceUpdate and maintain portfolio management (APX) and trading platforms (Moxy) including:Importing and updating pricesAccount opening, closing and ongoing maintenanceAccount coding updatesReconciliation and Backup CoverageServe as backup support for daily reconciliationCoordinate reconciliation with various custodiansEnsure continuity and accuracy during staff absences and/or peak periodsReporting & Process ImprovementProduce timely and accurate reporting for both client-facing and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencyDocument processes to support consistency and knowledge transferThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision across trade, platform and reconciliation activitiesAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem solving skills applied to data, discrepancies and process gapsIndustry Knowledge/Financial Systems Proficiency: Experience with APX, Moxy, TrustDesk, Raymond James Advisor Access or equivalent systems; understanding of the trade settlement processCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external custodiansTime Management: Ability to prioritize and execute accurately under time sensitive conditionsOrganization: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines independentlyMinimum Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated ability to operate in a team-oriented and deadline driven environmentDesired:Experience with securities operationsKnowledge of bank systems and platformsFamiliarity with Advent APX/MoxyUnderstanding of fiduciary services and regulatory requirementsIND123#Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $45,228.00-$72,365.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
