Fine Dining Server

Server PositionJob Summary: The Server is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to guests dining in the restaurant. It is our goal to create an environment where our guests feel at home and our team members thrive.Requirements/Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.Excellent communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 30 lbs.).Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
