What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on using the Tablo Hemodialysis System for at-home dialysis treatment
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency to ensure safe at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure quality of care and documentation of patient progress
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 training sessions per day

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RN license in Texas
  • Recent dialysis experience
  • Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a training schedule
• Preferred:
  • Home health or chronic care experience
