Position Highlights:

Board Certified/Family Nurse Practitioner

Active licensure in the state of Florida

Spanish Speaker Preferred

5-day work week, managing 17-23 patients daily

Must have experience in Family-Prescribed Medical Risk Adjustment and HEDIS

Excellent support from Physicians, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff

No in-patient responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in an outpatient setting, you'll provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups. Conducting thorough health assessments, diagnosing and treating acute/chronic conditions, and prescribing appropriate interventions will be central to your role. Your focus on preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team ensures coordinated care. Engaging in health education, detailed record-keeping, patient advocacy, and adherence to quality standards are integral aspects.
