What We Offer Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week Superior benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience Proficient computer skills and software knowledge Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed Ensure all shifts are fully manned Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment PalAmerican Security Care Culture Curious – We embrace continuous learning and encourage team members to seek opportunities for growth and innovation.
