Event & News Photographer Visual Storyteller (NYC/Albany)

We are seeking a talented and versatile Event/News Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling through photo and video. This role requires a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts across various platforms. As a member of the team, you’ll be involved with the Accounts team to propose and deliver ideas from concept to execution. This position would be on‑site for either Albany, NY or New York City. Responsibilities: Capture and edit photos at events. Work with Accounts team to ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Prepare and finalize files for production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Premiere. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate concepts. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Part‑time, stipended.
