Training Specialist

Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Technician and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor.

What will you do?

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices
• Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact; Assessing training needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges
• Conducting instructor-led training
• Developing training materials, guides, and e-learning content
• Evaluating training effectiveness
• Updating curriculum and learning programs

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Communication - intermediate level; delivering clear, engaging training to diverse audiences on the plant floor
• Learning Design - intermediate level; creating effective training modules tailored to industrial processes
• Manufacturing Design and Methodology - intermediate level; understanding production systems to inform training content
• Digital Literacy - intermediate level; using digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery
• Drives for Results - intermediate level; ensuring training translates into measurable performance improvements
• Influencing Skills - intermediate level; motivating employees to adopt best practices and safety standards
• Operational Health and Safety Management - intermediate level; embedding safety protocols into every training session
• Continuous Improvement - developing level; refining training approaches based on feedback and outcomes

What qualifications will make you successful?

• 2 year + in a lead/training capacity
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners in hands-on environments
• A proactive mindset that seeks out opportunities to improve training quality and impact
• Collaborative approach to working across teams and aligning on shared goals
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with evolving priorities
• Comfort creating content
• Experience with LMS Knowledge.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $21-60- $27.00. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
