Tennis shoes are acceptable. Operate on a point system with termination at eight points. The facility operates three shifts from Monday to Friday: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The average workweek is 54 hours, with potential for 6-7 days of work during peak times. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times for 41-52 hours, and double time is paid for over 52 hours. Employees are restricted from working over 12 hours a day or more than 64 hours a week.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.39/hr.
