As a Crew Opener, you'll arrive bright and early (typical shifts include 6:30am-2:00pm, 6:30am-1:00pm, or 6:30am-12:00pm) to kickstart our day the Olé way!Your morning will be filled with:Preparing fresh ingredients from basics like tomatoes and Pico to our signature saucesSetting up food stations and ensuring everything is ready for the day aheadDelivering outstanding Restaurant Customer Service to our morning guestsWorking alongside fellow team members in a fun, fast-paced environmentLearning food prep standards that will benefit your future careerThis position can be tailored to your schedule, with both full-time (30-40 hours/week) and part-time (15-30 hours/week) opportunities available!What You'll NeedPrevious restaurant experience is preferred, but not required - we'll provide all the training you need to master exceptional Restaurant Customer Service skills!
