Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Monitor telemetry readings, interpret rhythms, and respond to dysrhythmias promptly
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy per physician orders and hospital protocol
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, document in the electronic health record, and update care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, case management, and other team members to coordinate patient care
- Float to related MS Tele floors and overflow areas as needed to support patient throughput and bed placement

Requirements
- Current, valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association), AHABLS certification
- Ability to pass Telemetry competency exam during onboarding (one attempt)
- Willingness to float to other MS Tele floors and overflow areas
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development and ability to work within a hospital telemetry setting
