About the Job Honda of Seattle is recruiting Sales Consultants! No automotive experience is necessary. We are committed to hiring and developing top talent from all industries. The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experiencefor customers who come into Honda and Toyota of Seattle. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different than the rest. We are committed to your success at Honda and Toyota of Seattle. We Offer our Automotive Sales Consultants: 80 days of training for our model of business. Training is paid at an hourly wage of $21.30 per hour. After 80 days of the training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure. Compensation based on a tiered system - paid per unit (new & used) - paid on all finance products. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offered after 60 days of employment. Paid time off. 2 days off in a row. Early & late shifts. Ongoing training and development with a full-time trainer for your success. Room for advancement within the company - we promote from within. No standing out in the cold and rain! 5 (of 6) levels completely indoors. Fair rotation system. (Internet leads, showroom ups, and phone calls). Candidates with experience in any of these fields can succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant: Product sales/product knowledge associates for household appliances, computers, audio systems, etc. Product/service sales such as internet access, mobile phones, satellite. Persuasion' type jobs such as higher education admission counselors, enrollment advisers, coaches, teachers, etc. Servers and bartenders in 'upscale' restaurants and clubs.
