In this role, youll be responsible for digitizing important paperwork, some titles, and general office tasks, and maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documents are easy to retrieve when needed. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos and working behind the scenes to keep operations smooth, this role is for you./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliScan, upload, and index documents such as repair orders, and parts invoices/liliOrganize digital files into appropriate folders and systems for easy access/liliMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and business information/liliAssist with filing, retrieving, and archiving physical documents when necessary/liliSome Title and General Office Task/liliSupport office staff with document-related requests and administrative tasks/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrevious office or administrative experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)/liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy/liliBasic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems/liliAbility to manage time efficiently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency/liliGood organizational and communication skills/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliOffice setting within an automotive dealership or service center/liliMay involve extended periods of sitting, scanning, and computer work/liliOccasional lifting of file boxes or paperwork (up to 20 lbs)/li/ulpWhy This Role Matters: Every scanned document is a piece of the business puzzle.
