In just 10 months, we’ve scaled to 500k+ users and $1.2M ARR, to join the AI revolution and make life a little bit easier for billions of people. We’re a team of makers, designers, engineers, marketers, and operators - obsessed with building beautiful, scalable, and impactful products. Our studio model lets you work on multiple ideas (including your own), backed by proven distribution playbooks and an in-house marketing team that knows how to scale products quickly. We’re building the European AI app powerhouse, a modern studio that launches, scales, and operates multiple AI-first consumer products under one roof. And now we’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder — a rare, elite, high-impact role for someone who wants to operate at the highest altitude of tech. This is not a typical job. This is joining the founder’s brain, directly influencing the trajectory of a company that touches millions of users. Why this role is insane (in the good way) You will work side-by-side with the founder on product, strategy, execution, and growth. Your fingerprints will be on every product launch, every strategic decision, every scaling milestone. You’ll operate across AI, consumer apps, education, creator economy, growth engineering, finance, and company building. Your learning curve? Think 5 years of startup experience compressed into 12 months. Your impact? Company-defining. What You’ll Actually Do (the fun stuff) Be the founder’s strategic partner: transform raw vision, ideas, and chaos into clarity, prioritization, and execution. You’ll help the founder think better, faster, and bigger. Drive product execution across multiple apps: turn ideas into PRDs, organize roadmaps, run sprint rituals, and ensure that products ship fast. Own cross-company initiatives: from improving retention → to launching new markets → to rebranding → to optimizing revenue engines. You’ll touch everything. Build internal systems: OKRs, dashboards, hiring pipelines, Notion clarity, operating cadence. You’ll help build the internal machine that scales us to 20+ people. Amplify communication: prepare founder briefs, investor memos, internal updates, and communication systems that keep the company aligned and moving fast. Solve bottlenecks before they hit the founder: you are the air traffic controller. You see around corners. You make sure things don’t break. And when they do, you fix them fast. You want to build something that touches tens of millions of users globally. Compensation Base salary (€35-50k based on experience) + equity. Direct path to COO.
