Start with our 2–3 week paid training program in Miami , led by our Sales Manager, then launch into a role with clear career progression and unlimited growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with transportation carriers across the U.S.
- Source truck capacity through calls, emails, and networking.
- Negotiate rates, lanes, and service agreements.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to move freight successfully.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and shipment records.
What We're Looking For
- Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Coachable with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- English required; bilingual in either Spanish/French is an asset.
