The hotel Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor oversees daily operations in dining rooms, bars, room service, and banquet events. They lead front-line staff, ensure high-quality guest service, and bridge the gap between service teams and hotel management.

$18 - $22 hourly

• Shift Supervision: Lead pre-shift briefings, manage floor operations during peak hours, and delegate tasks to servers, hosts, and bartenders.

• Guest Relations: Welcome guests, check on dining satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.

• Staff Training: Coach new team members on service standards, menu details, safety rules, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Inventory & Control: Track stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies, helping manage waste and reconcile daily cash or sales reports.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce local health, hygiene, sanitation, and liquor laws across all outlets.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years working in hotel or restaurant food service; previous lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, active problem-solving, and basic math for cash handling and inventory tracking.

• Certifications: Valid food handler and responsible alcohol service certifications (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, FOODSAFE) depending on local laws.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
