Senior Product Manager

PM Job Description•5–10+ years of product management experience in AdTech, marketplaces, or data/optimization product•Proven track record of building and scaling 01 products and driving measurable business impact•Strong experience writing PRDs, defining requirements, and translating business needs into product solutions•Deep experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders•Strong analytical skills with ability to define, track, and optimize key metrics like revenue, delivery, and utilization•Experience working on optimization, allocation, or constraint-based systems (ads, pricing, logistics, supply-demand)•Familiarity with ad delivery, trafficking systems, planning workflows, or yield optimization•Experience collaborating with machine learning or forecasting teams and understanding model inputs/outputs•Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps, frameworks, and product decisions•Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, operations, and technical teams•Experience using data, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive product decisions•Ability to manage complex dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization in fast-paced environments•Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially simplifying complex systems•Experience building platform products or systems involving real-time or near real-time decisioning•Experience working in legacy transformation or modernization efforts replacing existing systems
