Inner Light Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice with a 30+ year history of serving the Somerville community. We are seeking motivated therapists to join our team.

We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where clinicians can grow professionally. We give clinicians greater autonomy over their work and career development while still providing the support and resources of an established group practice. Our goal is to create an environment where therapists can build the kind of career they want while providing high quality care.

We are seeking clinicians who want to focus on providing quality care within a group practice environment. Currently accepting applications for both Full-time and Part-time positions. We offer flexibility in caseload size based on your availability and employment status. Our therapists generally maintain between 5 and 25 sessions per week made up of both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality therapeutic services for individuals, couples, or families, based on experience and clinical interest

· Develop and maintain treatment plans

· Complete clinical notes in a timely manner

· Maintain a consistent caseload appropriate to your availability

· Participate in supervision and team meetings as appropriate
