Senior Manager of Product Design

Leading a team of approximately 8 product designers, the full-time Senior Manager of Product Design will oversee design execution for core platform and mobile experiences, enhance the design system strategy, and drive improvements in user experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop product designers, setting clear expectations for quality and collaboration Elevate design output by improving aesthetic quality and interaction design through critiques and quality reviews Lead design execution across core platform and mobile experiences, ensuring a cohesive user experience Required qualifications 9+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a management role Proven experience in managing designers in complex B2B SaaS or multi-product environments Exceptional aesthetic judgment and experience leading design system work Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating across time zones Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools and a strong understanding of design velocity and collaboration
