Job TitleWe are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative dental team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality preventive and hygiene care while creating a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.QualificationsActive Massachusetts Dental Hygienist licenseCurrent CPR certificationLaser certification preferred, but not requiredMust be able to commute to Westwood, MANew graduates are welcome to applyStrong communication and teamwork skillsResponsibilitiesCollect and review patients' medical and dental historiesPerform dental charting and update patient recordsProvide routine hygiene services, including polishing, flossing, fluoride, and sealantsPerform deep scaling and laser therapy as applicableExpose radiographsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive careProvide chairside assistance during hygiene visits as neededMaintain sterilization and infection-control proceduresContact patients regarding overdue recare appointmentsStock treatment areas and maintain inventoryDocument patient care and exam notes accuratelyProvide compassionate, high-quality patient careCompensation & Benefits$100,000-$120,000 annual salary401(k) with matchingHealth insuranceDental and orthodontic discountsLife insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityPaid time off6 paid holidaysUp to 40 hours of sick time for full-time employeesEmployee discountsRetirement plan
