About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Freight Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with businesses, comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, and motivated by both stability and performance-based earning potential.

Freight or logistics experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong B2B sales experience who are willing to learn the transportation industry.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify new shippers and customers
• Make outbound cold calls and conduct email outreach
• Build relationships with transportation and logistics decision-makers
• Understand customers’ shipping needs, lanes, volumes, and service requirements
• Generate quotes and work toward closing new business
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
• Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure customer needs can be supported
• Maintain and grow customer accounts after securing business

What We’re Looking For

• B2B sales, freight, logistics, transportation, brokerage, or similar sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable cold calling and prospecting
• Persistent and motivated without being overly aggressive
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Compensation

$40,000 annual base salary plus additional commission/incentives based on new business and successful sales performance.
