Private Wealth Client Associate

This role provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy. Responsibilities Provides excellent client service to bank clients by educating them on our service and banking offerings. Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client and Financial Advisor requests. Assists with ensuring practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk. Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting integration of banking into day-to-day practices, while communicating outputs to the FA. Supports day-to-day team activities and needs, including covering roles during absences or seasonal need increases, while leading with a client‑first mindset. Performs standard transaction processing and reconciliations in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures. Responds to client inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery. Conducts basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proactively identifies potential issues within daily operations and appropriately escalates risks to support effective controls and operational integrity. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Client‑centric mindset, acting in the best interest of the client. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Desired Qualifications Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and/or Series66 (or Series63/65 in lieu of 66). Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products. Experience working with clients, delivering complex solutions and an excellent client experience. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing responsibilities. Detail oriented. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information. Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Work Schedule Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 37.5. Selected candidates may be required to work onsite per workplace excellence policy.
