Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! This is a customer facing position that will be greeting the public as they walk in the door and also on the phone. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills along with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Processing payments
Taking information to initiate claims
Gathering information for quoting purposes
Be able to evaluate client needs in order to direct them to the appropriate staff
Support licensed producers in all aspects of servicing our current accounts

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in insurance, or related fields is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Basic office computer and phone skills
