Role Overview This position involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized care plans, and tracking clinical outcomes to support patient progress. The ideal candidate holds a current, good standing physical therapist licensure in Rhode Island. Key Responsibilities Reviewing patient medical histories and diagnosing through observation and listening to concerns. Creating clear, personalized treatment plans with measurable goals. Using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
