Cardiovascular Technologist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts.

Performs radiographic and technical assistance in both diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training and Completion of a program in Radiologic Technology.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training in EKG interpretation
• Coursework/Training in Intra-Aortic Balloon insertion
• Coursework/Training in Waveform interpretation
• Coursework/Training in IVUS insertion
• Coursework/Training in Flow wire insertion
• Coursework/Training in Electrophysiology
• Coursework/Training in Hemodynamic monitoring
• Coursework/Training and Advanced training as a Cath lab Technologist.
• 1 year of Cath Lab or Special Procedure experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
