Ability to communicate effectively with restraurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Must complete Food Handler's certification Must be a miniumum of 18 years of age. No management experiene necessary however prior experience is a plus Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant Skills Work well with others as a team Be able to interact with Guests comfortably Be able to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to take initiative.
