Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives. What you’ll do as a Sales BDC Customer Support Rep: Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow up processes Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business At first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
