Entering reservations into ticketing system Answering questions via phone, email, and in person regarding White Pass products Assisting the Passenger Department with train loading, passenger transfers and crossing-guard duties Skills / requirements: Enthusiasm for Skagway and the White Pass product A positive attitude andexcellent teamwork skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule Must possess basic knowledge of computers Proficiency in email and Microsoft Word applications Excellent ability to clearly communicate important informationtothe public in person, over the phone and via email.
