Mobile Crisis Case Manager — Trauma-Informed Care

HOPE Community Services, Inc. is an outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City seeking a Mobile Crisis Team Case Manager. You will deliver crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy to individuals in need of behavioral health support, responding to crises to de-escalate and connect clients with appropriate care. You will work with HOPE staff and first responders to coordinate care, reduce hospitalizations, and help clients access resources for stability and independence in a #J-18808-Ljbffr hopecommunityservices
