Hourly Caregiver

Professional Care Match - This position will be Monday to Friday starting at 7 AM to 4 PM. Must be ok being around cats and dogs. Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience Weekly Pay Earned Sick Time Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Reliable Transportation Preferred Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Professional Care Match, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Care Match is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
