We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator located in Fond du Lac, WI.How you will contribute:Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and suppliesReviews supplier purchase order confirmations for accuracy, and product selection, and mitigate any discrepancies in a timely mannerPrepare requests for quotations to meet technical specifications and competitive pricing necessary for decision-makingDemonstrates a basic level of product knowledge and applicationMonitors the timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; expedites material as needed and communicates status of orders with internal customersProcess administrative and price updates for system applications to maintain pricing and data for estimation and purchasing purposesUtilize business intelligence dashboards and reports to prioritize and drive down key department metricsPublish reports and metrics as required for the Supply Chain departmentIdentify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvements, and process efficienciesProcess invoice discrepancies through workflow and document product returns and credits in a timely mannerWhat you need to qualify:Associate's degree in a related field/programOne year of prior relevant experience is preferredMicrosoft Office (especially Excel) proficiencyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environmentCommitment to providing exceptional customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to execute tasks with a great amount of detailWhat's in it for you?
