About The Role Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and clinic success by: Synthesizing information from referrals, medical records, imaging, intake forms, and patient history. Diagnosing movement dysfunction through functional movement, posture, gait analysis, pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements, and patient goal listening. Developing individualized care plans that reflect patient goals and expected outcomes. Applying evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback, and modalities. Evaluating and documenting patient progress, using outcomes to adjust the plan. Educating patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies. Following up to improve adherence to care plans. Co‑ordinating with providers and community organizations to expand access. Providing clinical instruction to at least one student rotation per year after the first year. Performing additional tasks as assigned. What You’ll Achieve Deliver high‑quality physical therapy to as many patients as possible. Facilitate meaningful outcomes in partnership with colleagues. About You Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (new graduates welcomed). Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy.
