As our Dental Front Desk Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience while leading a talented team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the dental front desk staff Optimize schedules to meet daily productivity goals Ensure exceptional service from check-in to checkout Monitor insurance, payments, and patient balances Train new hires and coach team performance Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows Drive patient retention and satisfaction Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of dental experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
