Schedule: Mon - Fri | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible; occasional weekends if needed)

Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LCMHC) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Roxboro, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in managing mental health challenges and improving overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client treatment records

• Conduct comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (DA)

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices

• Serve as a client advocate, coordinating services and responding to crisis situations

• Develop and conduct prevention programs related to substance abuse and community mental health

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution

• Active North Carolina license as one of the following:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in mental health (supervision and modality must be in place)
