What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives, ensuring ownership of the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Execute project forecasts and work schedules as implemented by senior management
• Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date records on the status of all projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements

• Experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
