Key Responsibilities\nAs a Clinical Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include:

- Providing individualized clinical services by developing and implementing effective, person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Performing continuous assessments to identify treatment needs, adapting interventions as necessary to optimize client progress. \n
- Assisting in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans that promote recovery and resilience. \n
- Engaging clients in building vital coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to enhance their daily lives. \n
- Educating clients about community resources while acting as an advocate in facilitating access to these vital services. \n
Your work will primarily focus on individuals aged 18 and above who struggle with a variety of mental health disorders. Many clients may experience challenges that hinder their ability to maintain stable community living. By employing a compassionate, recovery-based approach, you will play an essential role in helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications\nTo be eligible for this position, you must have:

- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Current state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). \n
- Capability to practice independently without supervision. \n
- A clean disciplinary record regarding your license. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client support. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will have an advantage:

- Demonstrated experience delivering direct clinical services in a mental health setting. \n
- Solid understanding of family developmental issues and their impact on mental health. \n
